Cancelation Policy

At Underpressure Therapeutic Massage, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for everyone, the following cancellation policy applies:  

1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement

- Cancellations or reschedules must be made **at least 24 hours** prior to your scheduled appointment.  

2. Late Cancellations

- Appointments canceled **less than 24 hours** in advance will incur a **cancellation fee of 50% of the session price**.  

3. No-Shows

- If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged **100% of the session price**.  

4. Emergency Exceptions 

We understand that emergencies happen. If an unavoidable situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  

 5. Package Clients 

- For clients with packages, a late cancellation or no-show will result in **forfeiting one session** from the package.
